Profile of the National Exhibition and Convention Center(Hongqiao, Shanghai)

Totaling RMB 16 billion in investment,  National Exhibition and Convention Center · Shanghai · China is a large exhibition center co-built by Ministry of Commerce of China and Shanghai Municipal Government in 2011. And it is invested, constructed and operated by the  National Exhibition and Convention Center · Shanghai · China Co., Ltd.

With a total construction area of more than 1.5 million square meters,  National Exhibition and Convention Center · Shanghai · China is the largest comprehensive exhibition in the world, integrating exhibition, conference, activity, business, office, hotel and other business forms. The main building is shaped by the stretching and soft four-leaf clover. Moreover, it is one of the landmark buildings in Shanghai with a design concept of axis symmetry, reflecting many Chinese elements. Since  National Exhibition and Convention Center · Shanghai · Chinawon the national the 3-Star Green Building Evaluation Label and achieved a double 3-star certification for design and operation in 2020, it has become the first and largest large-scale 3-star green building for exhibition in China.

Located in the core hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta and in the west of the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao Business District, the  National Exhibition and Convention Center · Shanghai · China is only 1.5 kilometers away from the Hongqiao Transportation Hub in a straight-line distance. It is closely connected with Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Hongqiao International Airport through the air corridor, underground passage and Metro Line 2. With accessible surrounding expressway network in all directions, it can arrive major cities in the Yangtze River Delta in 1 to 2 hours, and major economic cities in the Asia-Pacific in 2 to 3 hours by airplane.

With breakthrough designs and perfect functions, the National Exhibition and Convention Center faces China and the whole world, based on the Yangtze River Delta. 1. Depart from Pudong International Airport

·Taxi: about 90 minutes (about 250 yuan)

·Subway: take Line 2 to East Xujing Station (Exit 4/5/6)

 

2. Depart from Hongqiao International Airport

·Taxi: about 10 minutes (about 20 yuan)

·Subway: take Line 2 to East Xujing Station (Exit 4/5/6)

 

3. Depart from Hongqiao Railway Station

·Taxi: about 10 minutes (about 20 yuan)

·Subway: take Line 2 to East Xujing Station (Exit 4/5/6)

 

4. Depart from Shanghai Railway Station

·Taxi: about 45 minutes (about 55 yuan)

·Subway: take Line 3/4 to Zhongshan Park Station and transfer to Line 2 to East Xujing Station (Exit 4/5/6)

Or take Line 1 to People's Square Station and transfer to Line 2 to East Xujing Station (Exit 4/5/6)

5 Self-driving

·Search for "National Exhibition and Convention Center" on the navigation software. Parking lots: The exhibition is equipped with 4,000 car parking spaces (3,000 in exhibition hall area, 1,000 in supporting area). Four supporting parking and transfer facilities are set outside, including 7,000 parking spaces for cars. One comprehensive parking lot is equipped nearby, including 800 parking spaces for buses and 2,000 parking spaces for cars.
